Just a few years ago, I weighed 300 pounds and was relying on medications for cholesterol, blood pressure, and sleep just to function. I felt awful—mentally and physically. But I made a decision to take control of my health, and in just a year and a half, I lost 75 pounds and cut my body fat percentage by more than half.
Now, I’ve turned my personal transformation into a passion for helping others achieve their own. I know how overwhelming it can feel at the beginning, but here’s a fun fact: starting a fitness routine isn’t as hard as people think. The real key? Accountability. And that’s where I come in—I’ll be the person who shows up for you, pushes you, and keeps you consistent when it gets tough.
